The log files are actually created!

I continued testing the upgrade procedure, as per my other forum topic on this: http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd85forum.nsf/0/2fb47f3fde8f06e5852579a20080590f?OpenDocument.

What I discovered is that there are 3 log files generated as a result of the SmartUpgrade process:

- LotusInstall.log
- SUService.log
- SULog.log

What I can't understand is why the error appears right in the middle of the upgrade process? The log file is created, so what is it trying to do?

I've not been able to get a response and it's not a 'fatal' error. In light of that, I'll simply document a way around the error (simply click 'OK') and start the upgrades. It's not the most elegant solution, but we can live with it until we ascertain exactly what's going on.
